Community Legal Education Ontario/Éducation juridique communautaire Ontario (CLEO) is an independent, community-based, public legal education and information (PLEI) organization dedicated to serving communities and people in Ontario, particularly those who face barriers to participation in the justice system. Since 1974, CLEO has developed clear, accurate, and practical legal rights education and information to help people understand and exercise their legal rights. In recent years, CLEO has developed several programs to support front-line workers build a deeper understanding of legal issues and access to justice, so they can help Ontarians find legal information relevant to their problems.
