Danielle Konjolka, Alina Rekshta & Kelsey Stroeder

Danielle is a Managing Market Mentor with Monat and has been with the company for 2.5 years. She’s a Mom to 2 beautiful girls and has been a working full time as a Hair & Makeup Artist for over 16 years. After seeing incredible results with these products first hand, she decided to go all in and carry the products exclusively in her Studio as well as create a side business! She has a passion for Beauty & Business and is Inspiring others around her  to Dream Bigger and work smarter, not harder. Monat has allowed her to cut back to part time hours and be home with her family alot more, she is also a member of the Cadillac Car Program with Monat and has been on 3 all inclusive paid trips with the company. Since joining Monat, the future is looking brighter and is alot easier on her body as she is making a residual income when she is not standing behind the chair- one of the perks of an online buisness!

Alina is an Associate Market Mentor & has been with Monat for almost 2 years. She is a Mom to 3 handsome boys. A former teacher & now a Freelance Makeup Artist, she loves to empower other working moms by showing them that you really can juggle a busy lifestyle and a side business just by sharing what you love!  She has since found a love for blogging and doing YouTube tutorials and loves to share what she loves with anything beauty related. Passionate and Driven are 2 words to describe her as she has goals of reaching the top ranks of the company! Not only is her hair healthier than ever, but she has realized that she is so much more than just a Mom. She is an entrepeneur! 

Kelsey Is also a Hairstylist of 16 years, a Dog lover and a self proclaimed ingredient expert. She loves to travel and loves the flexibility of working from anywhere! She prides herself on knowing exactly what she is using in her Home Salon and is a proud Monat Stylist. She is a Market Builder with the company and has been with Monat exclusively for 1.5 years. Her passion really is giving people the best hair possible with naturally based ingredients that perform. Her love for the products and knowledge  of ingredients have sparked her career in a way she never dreamed and now she is sharing that knowledge with many others that are dreaming bigger.
