David Bateman has been a strength professional for over 17 years.  His primary focus is injury management, however his passion is exploring how external and internal forces affect the body and movement.  His company, the Strength Rehabilitation Institute of Ottawa provides exercise solutions for people recovering from injury or experiencing special conditions that require advanced exercise modifications.
