Dr. Kasim Al-Mashat, Centre For Mindfulness Canada

Dr. Kasim Al-Mashat is a Registered Psychologist with interest in promoting positive change, well-being, and mindful living. He is a public speaker, meditation and Yoga teacher. Kasim is the founder of the Centre For Mindfulness Canada.  He has appeared in various TV shows, publications, podcasts, and radio interviews.  Kasim has completed a six-month retreat in Southeast Asia in silence, and presented a TEDx talk on mindfulness, entitled “How mindfulness meditation redefines pain, happiness & satisfaction”.
