Evelyn McKelvie, Equine Coach, and Marion Chapsal, Ideas on Stage

Evelyn McKelvie, author, executive coach and founder of Equine Coach, coaches leaders and seekers to achieve their goals, become conscious of their true presence, and gain mastery of their presence and non-verbal communication. A pioneer in the equine facilitated coaching movement, her unique approach respects the true nature of the horse as well as her clients by incorporating the language of the horse into the coaching.  Evelyn coaches individuals and teams and creates custom workshops to suit the needs of individuals and organizations.

Marion Chapsal is the Chief Learning Officer of Ideas on Stage, an international public presentation company, helping leaders across Europe, USA and the World to move beyond the boring, ineffective presentations that have become the norm in most companies.

Coaching others to attain their personal and professional best is Marion’s passion. She has created Women on Stage, to help women find their voice, communicate with confidence and enthusiasm, and develop fully as 21st century leaders. She involves creativity and play in every aspect of learning and discovering. Marion has developed a unique coaching approach using a constellation of archetypes from fairytales and comics.

Marion has over twenty years of experience in the Education Management field. She has been teaching and lecturing for the International Executive MBA in Leadership, Presentation skills and Organizational Behavior at EM Lyon School of Management. She now teaches at HEC Paris executive education.

Her clients today range from Start-Up founders and French Unicorns like BlaBlaCar to top Executives from Chanel, Clarins, l’Oréal, EDF, Orange, Sanofi,  Imerys, Pictet Bank, as well as the French Ministry of Culture, France Television, TV5 Monde, l’Agence Française de Développement, The Positive Economy Forum and the World Bank.
