Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, Sustainability (IDEAS) Leading to Justice
I create workshops, mediate sessions and consult/coach using the arts, therapeutic techniques and ethnography to find ways to do less harm by creating cultures of respect through decolonizing our bodies, minds and spirit, dismantling micro-agressions/engrained implicit bias to collectively create new systems of management, business development and potential for human capacity.
The events are to help leaders in their workplaces, community and homes dare to be audaciously visible without shame, imposter syndrome or self doubt so they can uncover their true identity, have fun while sharing, self reflecting and honouring indigenous knowledge.
By increasing our resiliency in mind, body, spirit and identity we can reveal a mindset where a just community can be achieved. By having our own uniqueness validated we can be stronger to create actions towards equitable, inclusive and diverse societies.
Together we can create social change where we can all be:
Fearless Flawsome Leaders!
Note: We pay respect and recognize the original custodians of the land where we are functioning. Out of respect for the rights of indigenous people, it is our collective responsibility to critically interrogate the colonial histories and present-day implications of this. Therefore, workshops are from the perspective of honouring, protecting, and sustaining the land and the people who were first on this territory to move beyond acknowledgment and into the doing. My approach is mindful that I am an uninvited guest on Turtle Island and that collectively we aim to minimize harm to our First Nations, Inuit and Metis brothers and sisters.
