Fascial Conditioning Association

Fascial Conditioning Association is a Society to research the effects of Interstitium Training for Healthy Aging.  Rena Shields developed Interstitium Training through observation of clients responses over her 20 year career as a Pilates Rehabilitation Trainer.  She started the Association in the Fall of 2017 to create a community of Trainers, Therapists and Clients to study the effects and have an open dialogue on what these effects mean for Healthy Aging.  Come expereince what this work is about, it will change your life.
