Flavia Munn

Flavia is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher who trained with YogaCampus in London. She has been practising yoga for around 15 years and been teaching for three years. 

Flavia teaches classes in workplaces and community settings. She is also a registered teen yoga and mindfulness teacher, taking classes in secondary schools, and an accredited Traditional Yoga teacher, instructing the Prana Samyama meditation technique.

Flavia is also a health journalist and regularly blogs about yoga, health and wellbeing and travel.
