Frank Li

Frank Li, is a Trade Commissioner at the Consulate General of Canada in Shanghai, China.  Since June 2014, he has been responsible for PPP, infrastructure, construction, and forestry sectors in the East China market which covers Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, and Hubei.  His work is focused on assisting Canadian companies do business in East China. He is looking forward to discussions with those who are interested in PPP opportunities in China.
