Inspired by the community we experienced in past Thich Nhat Hahn retreats, we hope to foster a supportive, loving, and open community practicing in the Plum Village style in the Edmonton area.
We meet on the first Sunday of each month in Shanti Yoga (10026 102 Street NW, Edmonton, AB) to support each other in a variety of mindful practices (mindful sitting, walking, practice songs, and dharma sharing). When we practice in community, our mindfulness grows and so does our happiness.
Anyone interested in practicing is welcome to join. There is no cost, but a $5-$10 donation helps to cover rental of the space.
