Healing Through Feeling with Alana Gennara

Alana is an Emotion & Feeling Coach, Yoga & Meditation Guide and an Artist/Creative Mentor. She is a Self-Love Activist and an avid Personal Growth Supporter. Having overcome her own trials and tribulations, Alana has found deep courage, wisdom and beauty that she wishes to share with the world in hopes of igniting these attributes in others. Alana believes our feelings and emotions are our greatest gateway to healing but we must be willing to let down our armour, go within and give space to what is waiting to be seen and heard. She knows from experience the bravest thing we can do is be completely vulnerable, open and compassionate. Her motto; healing through feeling.

As a certified Yoga Instructor, Alana believes our bodies could be great messengers when we give them the space to speak and gain the opportunity to listen. Through her daily meditation practice, she has cultivated a deep relationship with her inner guidance and Alana encourages others to connect and follow their own guidance. With a certificate in Solution Focused Counselling, she understands the importance for individuals to cultivate the skills required to find their own solutions and she finds great joy in helping others along their journey.

Alana has a great passion for the arts and loves sharing it with others. She’s always been drawn to helping people connect to their inner self and uses art as an expression of that deep connection. Alana draws out the fearlessness and bravery in people as they connect with their brushes and paint to create an extension of their inner beauty onto their canvas. She encourages everyone's unique, individual creativity. As a creative facilitator, she loves watching people’s excitement and confidence build as their painting comes together.
