International Development Conference at UTSC

The International Development Conference (IDC) is a student-organized and student-led Conference at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC). IDC was started by two ambitious students in the International Development Studies (IDS) Co-op Program at UTSC, which is one of the most unique, dynamic and multidisciplinary programs at the university. Managed under the Centre for Critical Development Studies (CCDS), the IDS Program at UTSC is the longest standing international development studies undergraduate program in Canada. The IDC represents a vibrant and engaged student community at UTSC, and continues a legacy of promoting our rigorous and highly successful program by bringing together a diversity of students, academics, faculty, and development practitioners from various backgrounds to encourage critical thinking in international development issues.
