Stories are the life force of entrepreneurial business. My story took 20 years to evolve...from shifting out of corporate employee to living my dream as an entrepreneur. The pain of waiting 20 years negatively impacted my entire being - mind, body, and spirit and became the life force for launching Holistic Directions Inc. in 2008.

I am on a mission to help holistic entrepreneurs take the quantum leap into living their dream with courageous confidence, congruency, and resilience so they don't suffer like I did! I help them streamline their business with proven systems, teach how to “flip” the sales funnel and “sell from the top” – for transformative sales results.

My specialty extends to supporting individuals making momentous life changes, I coach to resolve traumas, integrate parts, install empowering beliefs, anchor high performance states, and set goals and outcomes in alignment with values and intentions.

I also teach and certify coaches and individuals to be Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master practitioners. Teaching *HOW TO SKILLS* [NOT just theory] and experiential teaching methods, learning happens through 'discovery' where participants embody the learnings in their own authentic way.
