In October 2009 I had a physical and the blood test results were not good. My cholesterol, blood pressure and iron levels were bad and worst of all my blood sugar was high, meaning I was pre-diabetic.This led me to make immediate and dramatic changes to my lifestyle, diet and activity and 6 months later, after losing 40 lbs I was introduced to CrossFit. At 44 years of age I am in the best physical shape of my life and continue to improve. CrossFit is a fitness regime that is suitable for anyone regardless of current physical condition, age or any other limitations you might think of. I am so passionate about it that I want to share it with as many people as I possibly can.
