Karen Hendrickson is a professional Coach, Consultant & Educator, focused on Life, Death, Grief, and all the messy in-between.  

As a professional Coach,  Karen has been supporting others on their personal and professional journey for many years.  Having worked one on one, and in corporate group settings, Karen is recognized for her skill in opening dialogue, changing perspectives, and aiding others in seeing their own potential for growth and achieving their own dreams; traveling their own journey, at any mile along their life path.   

As a Training Facilitator, Karen has expertise in training for Client Services, Team and Relationship Development, Communications, Leadership Development, and Strategic Planning. Karen has specialized in training focused on building self-awareness and emotional intelligence to create more positive relationships in all areas of your life.

In her varying roles as a Grief and Loss Support Specialist, End of Life Doula & Consultant, and a Licensed Willow EOL Educator™, Karen is passionate about changing our conversations around death and dying, creating comfort with the reality of our shared mortality, and offering opportunity for conversation, sharing and personal reflection in community.  Reminding all of us of our common humanity.
