Kathryn Thomson and John Richardson

Kathryn is the developer of the Ethelo facilitation process and founder of LeadershipMind Consulting. She has over 17 years experience in creating and delivering highly successful strategic planning, visioning and stakeholder engagement processes in both corporate and non-profit settings. Her clients range from large corporations such as Boeing (IP Division), to government ministries to local non profit organizations.

John is the CEO of Ethelo and a mathematician, lawyer and the inventor of the Ethelo decision engine. In 2000 he founded Pivot Legal Society, now one of Canada’s leading human rights organizations. He has been internationally recognized as an Ashoka Fellow for his work as leading social entrepreneur and advocate for justice and the rights of marginalized persons. After serving as Pivot’s Executive Director for 10 years, John left to create Ethelo.
