Kirtan Yoga Retreats

The yoga system is not simply meant for curing physical ailments or to become more flexible etc. Yoga goes far beyond simply physical exercise. It gives the tools to achieve actual peacefulness, satisfaction, fearlessness, happiness and more.
 
The aim of our retreats is to teach people this ancient science so they can make a clear decision as to if they want to pursue this practice.

The central aspect of our retreats is kirtan meditation. We also give in depth lectures into the science of Bhakti Yoga, Additional activities include vegetarian cooking classes, daily yoga asana classes and plenty of free time to relax and make new friends. Nature walks, hikes and swimming are available depending on the location of the retreat.
