Lead With Your Heart

Lead With Your Heart was founded by Lucas Austin and Jillian Ritchie in 2014. Later that year, after the sudden and tragic loss of Lucas to a struggle with mental illness and addiction,  Jill and her team decided to grab the reins of LWYH and run with it, honoring Lucas' legacy in the process.
