Alexei Zheglov is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Lean A-to-Z, Inc.  He is also a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at SquirrelNorth, a management consulting and training firm based in Toronto, Canada.

Alexei is an Accredited Kanban Consultant (AKC) and trainer (AKT), a long-time user, teacher and contributor to Kanban and Enterprise Services Planning (ESP), co-author of the new book "Fit-for-Purpose: How Modern Businesses Find, Satisfy & Keep Customers."
