little-bird yoga - Shannon Ryan

little-bird is for anyone interested in looking to reconnect with themselves through movement and breath. Join us for practice to help strengthen and stretch the body as well as enjoy a beautiful guided relaxation.

There are a variety of classes being taught during the day including Hatha, Gentle Hatha, and Yin. More classes will be added to the schedule as interest becomes apparent. Other practices will include Vinyasa, Restorative, Flow and Let Go.

I started this group to share my love of yoga with others and help spread the peace, joy and connection that yoga helps facilitate. Looking forward to guiding you through a peaceful practice.
