Method Indoor Cycling

 

We know you want to sweat. We have that and more.  You can come in for a serious sweat session or use our Method to prep for your races. Most of your training takes place indoors on the bike; when spring arrives, we take it outside. We have the Tuesday Night Social Ride + our Epic Mt. Baker Ride. Ride with us throughout the spring, summer, and winter.

 

 

We are one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in Vancouver. We are located in Kitsilano, West Vancouver, Surrey, and the Lower Lonsdale Shipyards District. Our classes are 60-minutes long. We kick it off with a 15-minute warm-up, then 40-minutes of interval training, and a 5-minute cooldown. It's interval training and top-level coaching. Your endurance will build. Your pedal speed will increase. Your mental game will improve. You will be a sweaty mess.
