Michelle Osbourne & Co. is a communications studio that helps women, and non-binary persons from marginalized communities build socially conscious brands. We work from an anti-racist, anti-oppression, intersectional feminist framework that uses a human first approach to community building and entrepreneurship. We don’t do ‘girl boss’ culture here. Instead, we encourage our clients to use their lived experience as’ superpowers’ so that they can connect with their audience in an authentic and meaningful way.

In addition to our brand and communications work, we create events that are safe spaces for our community to learn, network and to be inspired.
