Natasha Heredia is a graduate of Liaison College Personal Chef diploma program. She is passionate about learning new skills and what happens when you combine new flavours and textures. She's thrilled to be able to share this love of the craft with her students!
After 10 years of being sick, severe pain, eczema and weight gain I discovered I had food allergies! To three pages of items! It was pretty overwhelming. But my love of baking and cooking kept me experimenting and working to recreate my favourite foods into something that wouldn't make me sick. Almost 20 years later, the number of people having the same diagnosis is increasing. Whether that person is you or a loved one, it's my goal to ease the transition and give you the tools you need to go on to a lifetime of healthy eating!
