For over 22 years, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts been Vancouver’s leading culinary education centre to train the next generation of food and wine professionals. Our award-winning, certificate and diploma programs in the Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts range from 3 months to 2 years in duration and are complimented by certified sommelier training through Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET®) from London, England.
