Pakistan Development Fund & The Citizens Foundation UTM

The Pakistan Development Fund is a social organization affiliated with the Univerity of Toronto and the UTMSU. Our vision is to see and aid in the development of Pakistan and contribute to it one day being a successful and a developed country.

Our recent projects include raising money and awareness about Pakistan and we sponsor different charities/social projects relating to Education, providing for orphans or flood relief for the people in Pakistan.


1. PDF shall stand for the inclusion of marginalized peoples in the development and policy-making in Pakistan. 
2. Marginalized peoples shall be defined as any individual or group of individuals 
prone to discrimination based on socio-economic status, class, race, national or
ethnic origin, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender
orientation, immigration status, mental health, age, or ability.
3. PDF calls for the inclusion of marginalized peoples by: 
a. Greater representation in policy-making in Pakistan 
b. Abrogation of all discriminatory policies 
c. Equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination
