Sarah Lajeunesse
Sarah Lajeunesse is a certified and award-winning coach, writer & speaker whose life’s work is devoted to helping humans heal the guilt, shame, and experiences from the past that prevent them from moving forward and experiencing a greater and richer quality of life that’s possible.
From working with, speaking to, and supporting 300+ individuals from seven different countries around the world, ranging in age from their 20’s to their 60’s and in various phases and stages of their lives, Sarah's witnessed the long-term damage and detrimental impacts that the weight of shame can carry (if left unaddressed) from the boardroom to the bedroom, and everywhere in between.
Whether you’re here to improve your confidence, economics, self-esteem, relationships, success, health, intimacy, or overall wellbeing, Sarah believes that the quality of each can be strengthened based on the amount of personal history we are willing and ready to leave behind. Helping you release what’s no longer serving you so you can finally move forward (once and for all) is where the work begins.
