All the fun and excitement of acrobatics combined with the mindfulness and grace of yoga = ACROYOGA!

This practise is usually done in trios and pairs and can be done by anyone- not just acrobats or yogis! Acroyoga is a great way to make new friends, challange your body and mind, and stimulate your creativity. If you've never tried it, come try some classes in the fall at One Yoga, the home studio for SaskAcro, or visit us at Rotary Park on Sunday afternoons during the summer.

Certified acroyoga instructor Raquel Jenkins brings the Acroyoga Montreal style to the prairies following in the footsteps of her teacher and mentor, Millissa Greenwood. Raquel is always excited to share this practise and build a community of strong, supportive, and safe acroyogis.
