Sehaj Anahad Yoga

Hello, I'm Kulvinder Kaur of Sehaj Anahad Yoga, committed teaching the ancient healing art of kundalini yoga to children and families. This particular yoga class has been set up for children ages 6 and up. Yoga means Union and Kundalini Yoga is often defined as the Yoga of Awareness. The beauty and benefit of yoga is that it always works in a Trinity - a Trinity of body, mind and soul; a Trinity of physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual; and a Trinity of negative, positive and neutral mind. Kundalini Yoga involves a series of yoga asanas (postures)done in a specific sequence to open energy channels within and allow the prana, breath of life, to flow more freely. A kundalini yoga session involves yogic asanas, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and mantras.

My purpose and passion is to teach this ancient art of yoga to children, women and families, and to facilitate in them connecting to their inner awareness as well as helping them in the trinity levels described above. We have been in a pandemic, lockdown, faced school, work, social, family and many other challenges during this time. Children and adults have been feeling the stress and anxiety of this. I wholeheartedly am committed to spreading the teachings of yoga to as many souls as I can.

A little background information about me. I am a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master/Teacher, Aromatherapist and Vegan Nutritionist. My focus is very much on holistic healing and wellness - the Trinity of body, mind and soul.
