Shauna Pollock

Shauna Pollock is an adult human being who devotes her time, energy, passion and brainpower to helping people discover their passions, learn, and make magic for others.

Her life purpose is simple: She loves to create safe, inspiring places for kids. They need someone who believes in them. She helps them become the people they never knew they could be.

She is passionate about nurturing forward-thinking, innovative learners. She works with students of all ages (from Kindergarten to university and beyond) to create magical, happy learning spaces. She is a future of education nerd with experience in mental health and mindfulness in education, social justice, alternative education, design thinking, ed tech, 1:1 devices, Maker Ed, differentiated instruction, Imagineering in the Classroom, mentoring and global collaboration.

Shauna is a recipient of the prestigious Prime Minister's Award for Teaching Excellence, recognized for student-centred teaching and creative integration of technology, summarized in her philosophy of “People learn in different ways on different days.”
