She Sings! Women's Choir

Under the direction of composer Martha Hill Duncan, She Sings! is an auditioned women’s choir dedicated to growing vocally and musically as individuals and as an ensemble. Since 2004 She Sings! has premièred and recorded many award-winning choral works by Canadian and American composers. Highlights have included two trips to New York City to perform with the New York Treble Singers;
an MMMM Composers in Concert event in Stratford, Ontario; numerous collaborative concerts with guest artists; an October Skies concert narrated by noted Queen’s Professor Emeritus and Astrophysicist (and our director’s beloved spouse) Dr. Martin Duncan; and two CDs,
Songs Are Thoughts and
Lady Icicle.* She Sings! has also grown in numbers; from a modest formation of sixteen singers, it now boasts over fifty enthusiastic voices. Visit to experience the choir’s varied repertoire and activities.
