He is a college graduate, parent of multi-sport teenage children and former coach who has spent the last 20 years managing retail operations coaching and developing people of all ages to become productive, successful and esteemed individuals. With a 5 year background in Learning Development, certified in multiple Dale Carnegie programs and a certified True Colors Intl presenter, Paul brings a unique and professional presentation style that will engage and "entertrain" you. A lifelong study of human behavior and psycology, his keen interest in understanding why we do the things we do brings perspective to the many challenges we face in society today.
