Jill "Waters" Abrahamse

Jill "Waters" Abrahamse aka Dj H20, has 25 years of experience as a certified teacher and practitioner of the 5Rhythms movement practice. Jill was fortunate to spend many years as an apprentice of Gabrielle Roth, the founder of the 5Rhythms practice.

Some of the highlights of Jill's time as a movement facilitator:

Teaching 5Rhythms at Downtown Alternative after school program, Queen St. Mental Health, for street youth, at Power of Hope Camps for teens in Canada, the US and Uganda, and offering regular weekly classes on Cortes Island, Klahoose territory for many years.

Jill also offered sessions, workshops, and was on the Board of Directors for Hollyhock Learning Centre on Cortes Island, Klahoose Territory. She also travelled offering workshops throughout the Pacific Northwest.
