Sonia is a Masterful Facilitator and Workshop Trainer, Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach (CPCC), Certified Change Management Professional (CMP), and a leadership consultant.

She started her company, Sonia Grossi Coaching + Consulting Co. offering services and programs in professional and personal development through training workshops, facilitation, group coaching and one on one coaching programs.

Her vision is to work with people and organizations who are ready to invest in their development and make changes to step into authentic leadership through connection, transformation, and vulnerability. She strives to grow and develop leaders from all walks of life, by teaching about personal responsibility, emotional intelligence, coaching, communication and soft skills training. She explores the questions of who we are, what we value, and what’s important and moves her clients towards their unique dreams and visions with strategic focus and alignment.

Sonia Grossi is an entrepreneur at heart, who has a passion for developing and transforming people in the areas of personal and professional development.She brings experience from working in various public and private sectors and industries in the areas of technology, multinational sports, shunt services + transportation, Ontario Universities and Colleges, utilities, real estate, property management, GTA Hospitals and broader healthcare sector, wholesale and manufacturing, biotech, early childhood education centres, and more.

She is someone who thrives on helping people and teams become high performers, develop their leadership, and form new perspectives of the world around them.

Sonia is known for her unique leadership and delivery style which is fun, inspiring, supportive, and creates a safe space for people to connect to themselves and others. Through a number of certified training programs, Sonia brings new concepts and skills which transforms behaviours for the people she works with and enhances corporate cultures. She believes everyone has the potential for greatness and she will lean into that space of possibilities for everyone to learn from their impact.Sonia holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University, a Certificate in Instructing Adults from George Brown College, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, CPCC and a Certified Change Management Professional, CMP. She is trained in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching and Change Management.
