Sound Response Wellness offers sound based stress reduction™ services using the power of sound and connection for groups and individuals. Our personalised and interactive online and in-person workshops and sound baths incorporate a combination of using sound and other stress-reduction techniques. We provide psycho-education and applied mindfulness techniques that empower clients to manage their everyday stress. Client Experience includes:Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto), Staples, Scarborough Health Network, Unison Health & Community, Zak Communications, Loft Community Services, Darou Wellness, The Institute of Traditional Medicine, Living Waters Therapies, Suru Studio and more.
