Our broad range of services allows us to provide services and support for many situations:

Mediation: broadly refers to a facilitated conversation in which a third party helps others reach agreement. Mediation has a structure, timetable and dynamics that “ordinary” negotiation lacks and allows participants to solve their issues privately. The process is private and confidential, possibly enforced by law. Participation is typically voluntary. The mediator acts as a neutral third party and facilitates rather than directs the process.

Parent Teen Mediation: for those experiencing difficulty communicating with their youth.

Family Mediation: is not just for those families going through transition who prefer not to go to court, it is also appropriate for unresolved issues between siblings, in-laws and other family matters.

Elder Care Resolutions: for families with difficult decisions to make about caring for elder family members.

Parent Co-ordination is a child-focused dispute resolution process for separated families.

Facilitation: generally refers to any activity in which participants are assisted through a process such as organizational planning, project management, individual goal setting, etc.

This service is a valuable tool for:

  • Strata Corporations
  • Collaborative Decision-Making Groups
  • Co-operative Housing Complexes
  • Social Housing Developments
  • Group-home settings
  • Elder Care facilities
  • Sustainable Dialogue Processes
  • Community Capacity Building
  • Individual and Group Planning Processes

and can be used as: an effective response to a specific workplace incident, or ongoing unresolved issue; a proactive team building exercise; group training events; professional development and organizational capacity building.

Our dedicated staff and skilled contractors will also be pleased to assist you in developing a strategy to meet your organizations unique needs.

Coaching: for those individuals seeking to improve their ability to communicate in difficult situations.

Arbitrationthe parties contract an unbiased individual to resolve their dispute in a psuedo-legal process that creates legally binding agreements.
