Stephenie Farrell is a trauma-informed Intuitive Eating Counselor whose purpose is to help women make peace with their bodies, food, and the past. She incorporates her extensive training in brain, mind, and body-based techniques to help women quit dieting, end binge and emotional eating, and approach food in a balanced way.

As a result of complex trauma, Stephenie struggled with disordered eating for several years. She's thankful every day to have found a way to transform her post-traumatic stress into post-traumatic growth and awaken to her purpose

She teaches virtual yoga classes every week to help women develop a better body image, reconnect and learn to listen to their body's signals ( such as hunger or fullness).
