Super Kids CK

Super Kids CK coordinates opportunites to encourage Chatham-Kent children to have healthy physical activity and healthy eating behaviours. These opportunities are guided by themes set out by the Government of Ontario. The current theme is Power Off & Play and the goal is to help children and families build a balanced day that includes staying within recommended screen time limits, putting screens away during important times  of the day (sleep time, meal & snack time) and replacing screen time with other activities.
