Sushama Jain

Chef Sushama Jain brings 35 years of cooking experience to the table and will energize you to prepare healthy vegetarian meals at home.

​When she first came to Canada, Chef Sushama noticed that restaurants prepared traditional Indian dishes using artificial flavouring and additives. Her mission is to educate both experienced and beginner cooks on the importance of whole food ingredients and the impact they have on the final product. She loves making balanced, nutritious, seasonal cuisine that showcases natural and robust flavours with the breadth of the Indian spice pantry.

She looks forward to teaching you how to cut, chop, mince, and mix your first set of Indian dishes.
