Lifelong Learning is a novel vision for continuing medical education and professional development here at the University of Alberta. We operate as a medical education "hub"—where health professionals and teams at all levels can land to find information on continuing medical education and opportunities for professional development.

One innovation is through our Physician Learning Program which engages, educates and empowers physicians and teams to create and sustain local solutions to advance clinical practice. We believe that linking learning to practice is the most effective form of Lifelong Learning.
