We Are Meant To Eat Together

The kitchen is a magical space. It offers an opportunity to build relationships with each other and with ourselves. When we gather in the kitchen, we learn.  It can be about history, culture, and community...but culinary work also teaches us many skills related to literacy, numeracy, science, and global awareness. The kitchen truly is a playground for learning through meaningful work, collaboration, and creativity.

The workshops are designed to be approximately 3 hours each, with the capacity to include up to 10 learners of mixed ages, and to fully accommodate the unique gifts and challenges that each participant brings. Participants will work together and with the instructor to create a meal or specific recipe that the participants will gather and eat together when completed.
