WellsGarbe Productions (WGP) is an Ottawa and area event planning and management company focusing on event planning from start to finish for corporate functions, vendor expos, trade shows and fundraisers. 

We continue to be inspired by the desire to bring local small businesses together in various event formats.  Our goal is to showcase local business people in unique, niche, trendy yet affordable events so that they have the opportunity to grow their businesses and reach more people.

All WGP events feature a charitable component. We have a strong network of strategic partners that allow us to be creative, forward thinking, innovative and on point.

Other services include; 

  • consults on vendor referrals, store/boutique and vendor matching
  • specialty or industry specific trade shows and expos
  • logistical planning, coordination, communication and supervision of multiple event and trade show suppliers during the load in and load out process
  • day-of private function event management (so you can actually enjoy your large luncheon or dinner with your friends and colleagues)
  • community BBQs/marketplace/flea market implementation, coordination and execution

Our repertoire of events has grown significantly since WGP was first established in 2013 however we continue to focus on supporting and promoting Ottawa and area's local small businesses through our many vendor events. Our clients are always looking for vendors and exhibitors and we are constantly on the lookout for amazing local businesses.  Contact us for more info on our upcoming events.
