Happily Ever Now, was self published in March 2013. It is about discovering your self-worth. You cannot help others heal if you have not healed yourself. She is currently working on a second book, which is about healing using the body-mind and spirit.
Wendy’s main goal is to help people achieve their desired optimal level of health and well being. This is accomplished through her understanding of the physical body, the causes of physical pain and how the body heals, blended with the concepts of how emotional pain can block healing.
Wendy will help you understand how the body heals, uncover your hidden blocks to healing, and guide you on your road to optimal health and wellbeing.
