Wild Blue Meditation

Wild Blue Meditation/Wild Blue North intends to offer Canadian mindfulness meditation resources, trainings, and retreats that reconnect us to nature and to our own basic goodness.

Wild Blue Meditation/Wild Blue North is inspired by Thai forest monasteries, the Awake in the Wild work of mindfulness teacher Mark Coleman, deep ecology, and eco-dharma.
