Wild Blue Mindfulness

Wild Blue Mindfulness intends to offer Canadian mindfulness resources, professional trainings, and retreats that reconnect us to nature and to our own basic goodness.

Wild Blue Mindfulness is inspired by the teachings and research of the Thai Forest school of buddhism, buddhist psychology, eco-psychology, and neuroscience.

We look forward to practicing with you in the wild.
