For three years WCS has been offering core Training & Development, Design and Evaluation services across Ontario. We focus on improving the Quality and Service Performance of Nonprofit Human Service Organizations, Networks and Systems. We work with individuals, organizations and networks to address issues related to leadership and culture that cause service barriers, impact stakeholder relationships and can result in perceptions of negative service value and quality. 

Our purpose is to increase the Nonprofit sector's ability to meet the holistic needs of users and stakeholders within a sustainable service system.  We help our Nonprofit clients to identify the value and quality of the lived human experiences and interactions opposed to simply counting numbers to measure your service effectiveness.
