Yoga and Meditation with Divya

Through a mindful and deep practice of yoga, Divya guides the individual into developing a calm mind, healthier body and an authentic connection to self and life.  

A senior level (500 hr International Yoga Alliance accredited) Yoga teacher, and regular practitioner since 1998, she has gone on to specialise in the practices and teachings of Yin and Restorative Yoga with advanced teacher training qualifications in both disciplines and under the tutelage of world-regarded tutors. 

Meditation and breath-work 
based on ancient awareness traditions are encompassed in the classes and workshops she teaches.
