Toni is a Certified Yoga Therapist specializing in end of life journeys, supporting folkes living with chronic pain, with disabilities, mental health diagnoses and or a background of trauma. A Meditation and Breathwork Instructor. Also a End of life Doula and Companion of the Dying. A Clinical Hypnotherapist focusing on Spiritual Hypnotherapy and a BWRT® (Brain Working Recursive therapy) Therapist.

She believes that there are many different ways and opportunities to heal, grow, and know ourselves at an ever deepening level.

Zahra is a nurse with twenty years of experience in the cancer care system, she has also been involved in the startup of new hospice homes in Canada, Africa and India. Zahra has her specialty certification in hospice and palliative care nursing and has had the honor of supporting people during the most challenging times in their lives. Throughout her years as a nurse she has witnessed paralyzing fears related to death and dying, this has led to many missed opportunities for connection, healing, love and forgiveness.

Zahra is passionate about creating a safe space for acknowledging and expressing fears related to death, loss and grief; thus allowing people to move towards the potential for healing and transformation in life and in death. In her roles as palliative care nurse, certified clinical hypnotherapist and end of life companion, she provides practical, emotional and spiritual care to people navigating this uncharted train.

Her hope is that anyone who comes to her for support feels seen, heard and held.
