How to cancel a wristband shipment and request Will Call pickup

Not going to be at the shipping address you entered when wristbands get shipped? No problem—you can cancel your shipment and request to hold a replacement wristband at Will Call. From the Tickets page in your Eventbrite account, find your order, select "Manage Order," then choose "Cancel shipment." Once the shipment is cancelled, you'll need to pick up your wristband(s) at Will Call.

NOTE: Eventbrite is unable to reship any orders. If your wristband has already shipped and something happened to it, please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your original order confirmation email and a photo ID and we'll help you out.

1. Go to Tickets.

2. Find your order.

From the "Tickets" tab, you'll see your upcoming events in chronological order. Find your order, then click on it to see your order details.

TIP: If you're having trouble finding your order, it’s likely you registered under a different email address. Try logging in with other email addresses if you may have used them to register.

3. Choose "Manage Order."

Select the "Manage Order" tab to manage your order.

4. Select "Cancel Shipment."

You'll see the status of your wristband shipment, along with the information you entered when you registered. Choose "Cancel Shipment" and a new window will appear.

5. Let us know why you're cancelling your shipment.

We have some common reasons listed for you to choose from.

6. Confirm your shipment cancellation.

Select "Hold At Will Call" to cancel your wristband shipment and request a replacement wristband for pickup at Will Call. Once cancelled, wristbands can't be reactivated

NOTE: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Pick up your replacement wristband at Will Call.

Once your shipment is cancelled, you'll need to pick up your wristband at Will Call. All you need to bring with you to Will Call is your original order confirmation email and a photo ID.
