In this workshop, Rowan will be sharing his 10 Steps to Wellness—practical, real‑life tools that have helped him build stability, resilience, and a meaningful life. These are the strategies that have supported Rowan through the tough moments and strengthened him through the good ones.
Whether you live with bipolar disorder, support someone who does, work in mental health, or are simply looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop is designed to be open, honest, and empowering.
