A Coffee Chat is a free, 30-minute conversation where you can talk through anything on your mind—career moves, life changes, relationships, stress, or just needing to vent. It’s not therapy or coaching, just a space to think out loud with someone who gets it.

Anyone who:
Feels stuck and needs clarity, wants to talk through career, relationships, or life decisions, needs a judgment-free space to vent, is looking for a sounding board without pressure or commitment.

What can we talk about?

Career transitions, job search, and work stress; Relationship challenges (dating, friendships, or family); Parenting and adjusting to new life phases; Personal development and goal-setting,
Business ideas, side hustles, and financial planning; just needing to be heard without advice.

Where does this take place?

Online via Google Meet. You’ll get a link shortly after you book.

How long is the session?

30 minutes—but if you feel like you’ve gotten what you need sooner, we can wrap up earlier.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nope! Just bring yourself. If you have a specific topic in mind, great! But if you just need space to talk, that’s okay too.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. This is a casual, supportive conversation, not professional therapy or coaching. However, if you find value in the chat and want structured support, we can discuss options for follow-ups.

What happens after the chat?

For now, we’re keeping it to one session per person. If you find it helpful, we can explore options for follow-up sessions or deeper coaching.

If you need more than 30 minutes, we offer Follow-Up Sessions and Ad Hoc Coaching Calls to dive deeper into your situation.

Life happens! If you miss your session, you can book again, but we do limit the number of free sessions per person.

Right now, it’s one  Coffee Chat per person. If you’d like to continue connecting, we can discuss that during our chat.

You’ll be chatting with Krista or Sarah, the hosts of Have We Talked About… podcast. We’re not therapists or traditional coaches—just real people who love helping others think things through.
